Today I am having a coffee date with Alissa from Rags to Stitches and YOU! If we were having a coffee date today, I would say, “It’s so nice to meet you!” I am brand new to the blog world and so I am slowly getting to know people. I posted my first blog July 20, 2012. Only 5 months now!
So if we were having coffee I would ask you to tell me everything you know to help me get connected in this big blog world!
If we were having coffee I would be sipping on some Cashew Milk Hot Cocoa because that is my new favorite hot drink I would tell you about how I blog about faith and food because I love Jesus and am trying to do my body good.
I am a stay at home, homeschooling & now blogging mom trying to figure out how to balance it all.
I am married to an amazing man, dad, drummer. He rocks my world, literally
This week we had a really cool experience at our church. Our worship leader was out of town for the holidays so I was asked to lead worship with tracks. I messed up a few times, which was incredibly embarrassing but it was still a fun and worshipful experience. If we were having a coffee date, I might ask you to tell me your most embarassing moment to make me feel better after the one I just had!
My hubby and I talked a little bit together for the service and it was tons of fun. He had this brilliant idea to start the talk with us dancing to break the nerves that we would have going up there. No one expected it. Harry Connick, Jr.’s It’s Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas started playing and we just went for it. It was a great time. Great memories. Our 2 amazing kiddos watched the whole thing and that made it really special too.
My mother-in-law watched the live stream and captured all these moments for us from another state. Thanks, Roxy! So neat!
I really enjoyed our coffee date today with Alissa from Rags to Stitches and YOU! Let’s do it again soon !
